With regard to firearms - I get that that’s not for everyone. And I get that carrying might not be the right thing for someone.
However. The right time to acquire a gun is not “when you need it.” It’s well before that. It will take time to find something that works for what you want, and you should also practice with it at a range. In Utah, the only time you would need to have a permit would be to conceal carry a handgun. You would need to pass a background check at a dealer.
Think about situations where you would need to have a firearm. How likely is such a situation? How far off into the future is such a situation?
It’s absolutely your choice, but it should be a considered choice.
I’ll repeat here some of the things I’ve come up with, and add others.
Is Spaghetti Mouse the new “baby in the King Cake”?
You have Burger King removing the 1/3 pounder Burger because people thought it’s less than a 1/4 pounder Burger cause 4 is higher than 3 making Burger King have less sells on the 1/3 Pounder than the 1/4 LOL.
How are these professionals not ultimately responsible in making the consumer, who seems to have done nothing wrong but trust state licensed companies and real estate individuals, whole?
You already have the answer:
… US title companies, real estate agents, and real estate attorneys.
“There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.”
Hey. You, reading this: prepare to resist.
The phrase that always comes to mind for me is “Oh, it’s just a Harley.” There’s a huge world of other bikes out there that are way more interesting. I turned a friend on to sport touring bikes, now he’s got two Kawasaki Councours and a Honda ST1100 (among other things).
There’s a lot to be said for going fast on a slow bike.
You can get on a motorcycle a lot cheaper than you might think, but it definitely helps to have some mechanical ability.
It’s because I have one in the garage right now. That three port header is unmistakable.
That’s a Triumph Rocket III.
And seven, seven, n-n-n-n-no tomorrow

Pretty sure midwest.social is run by an Ohio Nazi.
I am so doing this next time.
