In a FPtP system you are correct not much choice in the national elections, thats a feature of FPtP not a bug. Don’t mistake us as having no consistnacy while we are forced to strategically vote instead of using a ranked choice.

If whoever you’re talking to is openly engaging in behavior that encourages breaking of the nap, then yeah you’re dealing with a non-libertarian. To put this in other terms, all the Christian denominations believe in Jesus. They believe different things about Jesus, but they all believe in this guy named Jesus. If some guy starts preaching about Bob the true Messiah and calling himself a Christian everybody’s going to be very confused why he’s calling himself a Christian.

And the violent pendulum swing I observed happening there when the mods of all the large libertarian groups got replaced all discussion was silenced. All nuance was removed and the marching orders were given and I turned my back on that place.

Words have meanings and definitions if I call myself a pacifist who is against violence but I go around punching people in the face. Are you going to change the definition of pacifist or are you going to call me a violent non-pacifist.

There was a far right wing takeover about 10 years ago. The party’s mostly dead now. Conservative solid as a strong contender to grow into a replacement for the Republican party and swing the US political system back towards center. So they pumped massive amounts of funding into the ancap communities and have massively infiltrated the party with Russian propaganda and garbage above like the post.

If you want a game changer, fold a standard business card in half Hot dog bun style and then unfold it leaving a crease and use it as a scoop / spout. It should store inside the bottle if it’s tall enough. You can easily reload the scoop by just spinning the bottle and then pulling it out again.

Whoever their host is, they already appear to have some type of load balancing based on the four IPS. But I would also agree that a free cloudflare account does wonders for most WordPress users. But that’s probably mostly because it filters out a shitload of bots and known bad actors. Just make sure you set up your origin certificates if you use a cloudflare account.

This won’t fix it but it might help.

Make sure you have a robots.txt file with a crawl delay set for all agents once every 30 seconds and that you are disallowing most of the WordPress directories such as WP admin, the media directory, etc.

I would also strongly recommend that you use a caching system if you are not using one. It’s a lot more efficient to serve the same image a hundred times to different bots from the ram than loading it off your drive.
