What does that have to do with getting banned for having an opposing view? Also, not sure how having to foot the bill for your own kids would result in poor education.

not sure how having to foot the bill for your own kids would result in poor education.

Because a significant amount of the population of breeding adults simply cannot afford to pay for basic education.

Not publicly subsidizing education doesn’t mean it’s now privately subsidized; it just results in less of the population getting educated, which is detrimental to the entire population.

Lmao, sure. Lots of things shouldn’t happen, but they do; and standing around shaking a finger and saying ‘this shouldn’t be happening’ doesn’t solve the worlds problems.

Recognizing that you are not in a position to raise a child as well as preventing unwanted/accidental child birth/conception funnily enough; often requires an education.

Even still, accidents happen; unwanted conception, twins/triplets, loss of parents, financial changes during pregnancy, natural disaster, the list goes on.

I think most people here agree that a ban is inappropriate for saying that. As for why needing to pay only for your own kids would result in poor education, it’s because an absolutely massive amount of the population just outright couldn’t afford it. Schools are expensive to run, even more so if you want them to actually give a decent education.

While logical; Much of society doesn’t see that as an acceptable option EVER, let alone due to financial hardship.

Then there’s the dystopia that is enforcing that in any way… What are you going to do, inspect every women every 6mo? That’s not acceptable at all. Some sort of checkpoint at maternity wards? Now women are afraid of hospitals and giving birth without care at home…

The only real solution is to provide support to those that can’t afford it, and work towards a more educated society that has the stability to plan ahead for such things.
