If I get arrested for lets say a DWI or DUI or whatever. And show up to the courtroom on a cane and partially gray hair would this influence the judge or not. I am 41 btw.

No. And if you don’t have real grey hair and a real walking impediment and the judge finds out, you’ll only make it worse for yourself.
