Beside what Citizen Kong said, I wouldn’t start playing a game right after release. Give them a few weeks to iron out the bugs.
Firefox for Android has uBlock Origin (and lots of other useful extensions). You do need to set Firefox as the default app for YouTube links, but after that it works perfectly.
Where did you find Dr. McNinja? It seems like the official website is down :(
