Well said. My biggest issue is tickets funding road maintance, rather than traffic calming and transit. But flat-rate is also a big issue.

And buses and trains for even longer distances!!
Certainly not an accident. That was a entirely preventable collision
Hillusionations per GWH iirc.
I do caffeine and antidepressants. Are you saying if I quit caffeine I might be able to remove the antidepressants?
I like tagstudio. IIRC its for windows and Linux.
Pop on their website. Last I checked they’re all on there.
Not the only one apparently.
Also what about finger tips?
fancyWM super nice tiling manager for windows.
As someone who dislikes M$ word, but begrudgingly uses it for lab reports. Can someone tell me what LaTeX for citations is? I know latex as that math protocol for my personal markdown notes.
Also what other software is useful for writing formatted papers?
Good thing a week is arbitrary. Maybe we can change this!!
It’s been 4 days. Ether you forgot to PM me, or I have no clue how to check PMs on Lemmy.
Time commitment. Not being physically attracted to anyone in my geographic area. (Long distance)
On windows I don’t actually like alt tab, though on Linux I really love tab switching and window switching, which is basically the same thing.
Interesting idea using 2 weekly notes. I personally use daily notes, but it is too limiting for things such a groceries or planning.(daily is better for introspection worse for planning).
If your comfortable sharing could I see the general format for your weekly notes?
Fun thing about large scale food scarcity. If you have a calorie deficit for a few months, you don’t anymore.
On a serious note. Habit destruction, warming, pollution poses a very serious risk to food stability and could very well lead to famine.
Currently learning dutch through Memrise on my phone and spaced repetition on obsidian.
Its slow going due to being swamped in school work. But i’ve found it more effective than my highschool french class ever was.

Not OC, but some ways to “reduce consumption” are reducing our usage of inefficient technology by replacing it with more energy/resource efficient means.
Examples include replacing individual automobiles with mass transit, building more dense cities to reduce consumption of construction materials/ vehicle miles, and not training massively large language models in facilities that consume more energy than an entire small country.
They really haven’t yet. The concept is that reusable rockets will be cheaper than soviet era single use rockets… eventually.
On a surface level it makes sense, taking a rocket refurbishing it, and refueling sounds cheaper. But its not. Not yet anyways. Too complex and expensive presently.
