I wouldn’t run everyday if I were you. Maybe start with 2-3 times a week. Honestly, you don’t need to run much to be in pretty good shape. 30 mins a couple times a week and you’ll be golden.

If there is a will, there is a way 😉 Device verification seems better than ID. I don’t like any verification, but if a privacy preserving method is introduced I’ll concede.

I try to do 20 minutes a day. It’s funny that I’ve gotten worse at it over time, in that my mind wanders way more. Used to be able to achieve no mind pretty often. I know this isn’t the correct way of thinking about it. At least I attempt to sit with my whirlwind mind I guess.
