This! I love my sweet boy and he’s so gentle and kind 99% of the time. But sometimes he choses violence. He is the reason I think all people who keep big cats as pets are not logical.

But also when I had trouble sleeping as a kid my teacher told me to describe my pet to myself in great detail. It worked and since then I’ve described other things, or tried to visualize my way to work or my dream house. It somehow keeps my mind focus but is also relaxing. Hope it helps.

By ghosting do you mean one time they don’t respond and you move on with your life, or do you mean you reach out multiple times and they don’t respond?

I’m not sure but I don’t think the point is statistics. I think the point is to treat everyone equally despite the colour of their skin until you know them personally, and their situation.
