Kind of a strange answer, but I can’t really scream. My voice projects well enough when speaking, but it can’t actually get much louder or higher pitched than I normally speak. If I try to force it, I either get choked up, or little to no sound comes out at all

Sometimes, my voice gets that similar rasp to, but in my case that’s more of a vocal cord compression and mouth shape thing, more than yelling. It still isn’t any louder.
