i have problems explaining my job to myself. As I sit on the floor, painting a wall or scrubbing the floor or as I’m trying to repair a door… yeah that’s not my job description

As that vegan: thank you for trying :)
Hey, Just to let you know: I’m also in Germany and it doesn’t need to take a year to get diagnosed. Check your surroundings for neurologists that do ADHD in adults.
Also to your question: it’s a spectrum and no hard and fast rules what your brain does. Mine doesn’t like caffeine as well, no effects, but with meds, I get massive heart rate and anxiety.

you know what I always stan for? “former Twitter”. I just love that shit! I hope it always stays like this to show that the rebranding didn’T work
What’s the danger there? (Just curious)
Maybe we don’t care about right-wing comments?
Talk to them and react to their communication.
The biggest turn-on for any person is being taken serious and actively seeking consent.
That’s it. That’s the general advice.
You don’t happen to know which one it was, do you? We vegans are always on the hunt. Although tbh, I don’t miss the “sour, milky” taste. I find it very weird…
i don’t know who hurt that person, but I feel like food innovation is at an all-time high. Constantly I see new stuff being experimented on and new combinations of food items. plant-based/vegan popularity has really elevated those food innovations as well, with ever more plants being used to make new foods. Just yesterday I made myself a vegan omelet with vegan cheese. And it was amazing.

“Back in my day” post, if I’ve ever seen one.
I mean you have wikihow but it’s not really high-quality all the way through. There doesn’t exist one guide. All of these topics are highly debatable, have different opinions with far different perspectives. Some things you just have to figure out yourself with the help given to you. Means: get as much info as possible, compare, talk to others, reflect on your own experience and expectations.
There is no “one better way” to do these common tasks. And many companies spend an insane amount of money to spread (mis)information on how best to eat, exercise, get to work, clean, dress, wash… So I don’t believe there’s “objectively” one way to do anything. Find your way.
Hey that’s cool. I get my music from “all songs considered” (new music Friday), the NPR podcast.
Last thing I enjoyed was the new album “embers” by God is an astronaut.
