Well, fuck Capcom I guess.
Yeah. In a better world where the US court system doesn’t get weaponized and rulings aren’t delayed for years or decades, I would argue 8 to 15 years is the reasonable number, depending on the type of information being copyrighted.
For-profit medicine is a cruelty unlike any other. The United States government’s embrace of this system is truly abhorrent.
Really? Thank you!
pirated works 🙃
If you wrap silly putty around serious putty and detonate, does the silly putty act like shrapnel during the explosion? Or maybe it turns into a bunch of rubber ‘bullets’?
I’ve said it before and I will say it again: NSO group is a terrorist organization.
A single emoji at the end of a post never hurt anybody 🤫
A telecom company with the hubris and arrogance to call themselves “Everything Everywhere”.
I used to say this when I was a cringy 20-year-old, before I really saw and understood the world (and still believed in a god).
“Life isn’t fair” always bothered me, even as a kid, because it was used against me to dismiss unjust actions.
Saying something isn’t fair is basically saying it’s not right, it’s not just.
Trying to claim the injustice against me is moot or unimportant just because there’s lots of injustice in the world, seems bonkers to me.
I had some PIAA silicone wiper blades that lasted like 5 years, but I also kept that car in a garage. Amazing wiper blades!
When I moved to a new area where I had to park my car on the street because I no longer had a garage, I replaced the wiper blades with the same model but they didn’t even last a year.
PSA to carefully read and follow all usage directions on any oven cleaner product. Some of that stuff can destroy your lungs (and more) if not used properly.
It deeply saddens me when people pay money for locked down hardware that’s not only designed to spy on them, but their family, friends, and neighbors as well. Ring, Amazon Echo, Google Home, that creepy Facebook robot screen…all insecure spyware.
Is this why people lost their minds and started hating bezels on their smartphones and bought phones with holes and “notches” in the screens instead? j/k…kinda
No worries! :)
Yeah. I guess we shouldn’t expect that to change any time soon?
If that’s the case, maybe public votes is the best way to go.
You should not be ashamed of your vote history.
I agree, people shouldn’t be ashamed of their vote history unless they are trying to harass a person or community with a pattern of downvotes.
I still don’t want to be harassed for my voting though, nor will I be pressured into defending my votes if a user brings it up.
The 4th Circuit court is out of their minds on this ruling.
