With the elections nearing and the Biden-Harris administration still being complicit in Genocide there is but one way for crocodile tear liberals to fix the issue: Start banning anyone who comments about the Biden administration being complicit in Genocide.

/Politics mod JordanLund who also mods /WorldNews decides Biden has nothing to do with the Genocide in Gaza

JordanLund banned users in the past for questioning israel’s right to exist. JordanLund now takes it one step further and is now spreading misinformation about israel not running out of weapons without American support so Biden and Harris are “not complicit in Genocide”:

I link him a guardian article proving he is lying (JordanLund has deleted my comment which just quoted a Guardian article debunking his lies):

Biden must force Israel to end the war

Recent reports in the Israeli press make clear that because of a global shortage of ammunition that started with the Ukraine war, Israel would not be able to sustain its bombardment of Gaza without the US resupplying the Israeli military.

JordanLund responds by calling TheGuardian misinformation, promptly bans me and says he supports the “rightful defense of israel”.

He also piles on more lies and claims the only weapons being sent by Biden are Interceptor missiles which are “misappropriated by israel for the use in Genocide”?

Reuters Exclusive: US has sent Israel thousands of 2,000-pound bombs since Oct. 7

Between the war’s start last October and recent days, the United States has transferred at least 14,000 of the MK-84 2,000-pound bombs

Lemmy.World has reached /Politics and /WorldNews communities which differ little from their Reddit counterpart.

You deleted my linked articles for “misinformation” and are now retroactively making up lies to justify your defense of a Genocide. But I’m glad you’re admitting that mentioning the Democrats complicity in the Genocide in Gaza is a bannable offense on Lemmy.World/Politics and /WorldNews.

Blame the actual perpetrators, not those you imagine are involved via six degrees of separation.

Yeah don’t blame the Biden administration sending the F35’s, 14000 2000 pound bombs, Jet fuel, interceptor missiles and running diplomatic cover in and outside of the UN going as far as pressuring other countries to deploy troops in Gaza for israel.

Let’s see what employees of the Biden adminstration have to say about it

US has ‘undeniable complicity’ in Gaza war killings, say former US officials: A dozen former U.S. government officials who quit over U.S. support for Israel’s war in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday accused President Joe Biden’s administration of “undeniable complicity” in the killing of Palestinians in the enclave.

In a joint statement, opens new tab, the 12 former government officials said the administration was violating U.S. laws through its support for Israel and finding loopholes to continue shipping weapons to its ally.

Yes they are what’s your point? Are you trying to pivot from admitting you’re censoring a Genocide now?

        Misinformation right?

I’m not censoring genocide, you’re free to attack the actual perpetrators. Problem is, you aren’t. You also have this weird purity test for people who disagree with you.

In the end, you come across like this, which is why you got banned:

In line with my claim elsewhere in this thread that this account is following the alt-right playbook, in the above comment we see:

      • Never Play Defense (instead of defending themselves against the claims, they jump immediately to attacks)
      • Control the Conversation (instead of addressing their own behaviour, they try to pivot back to the very topics that got them banned)

Their actions match strongly with those of a bad faith contributor who focuses on a single topic (the genocide in Palestine) on one particular side (anti-genocide) whilst advocating for actions that many (including myself) have pointed out would, in fact, lead to the opposite result. When others point this out, what they get in return isn’t a nuanced discussion of these concerns, but rather personal attacks that I believe qualify as repeated violations of rule 1.1 of lemmy.world.
