minus-squareDesolateMood@lemm.eelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·3 months ago“Last gen” pretty universally means previous
minus-squareLeate_Wonceslace@lemmy.dbzer0.comlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·3 months agoDarn, I was hoping there wouldn’t be any more. 🙁
minus-squareDesolateMood@lemm.eelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·3 months agoAny more what? If you mean me consoles, they’ve been out almost 4 years now
minus-squareLeate_Wonceslace@lemmy.dbzer0.comlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·3 months agoI gave up keeping track of console generations over a decade ago; All my stuff is on PC.
minus-squareDesolateMood@lemm.eelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·3 months agoThen why did you ask in the first place?
minus-squareKatana314@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·3 months agoBut given how hard it is to convince people to move off of that generation, “last” could start to have other meanings. If you’re developing a chill, low-graphics indie game in Unity these days, there is still basically no reason to target the PS5.
