So I currently have a dual-boot with Linux Mint and Windows 10 and for some reason my 2nd monitor is not being detected with the nvidia driver on linux but when I switched back to the open source drivers the 2nd display was working again so I tried going to nvidias website and installed the nvidia driver for my laptop and the 2nd monitor is still not being detected. Is there a way to get the external monitor to work with the nvidia drivers? My laptop uses a GTX1060 if that helps.
