Which company I should work with for food intolerance panel?

Euroimmun (The EUROLINE-FOOD Profile 216) Carnivore has side effects for me so I want to try a general elimination diet. Some online sources say IGG tests are unreliable, but I’ve seen enough positive anecdotes, so I will try it.
