Better to start from the position of “This person probably sucks so best to not get any feelings wrapped up in them, just enjoy their art while you can.”
That’s extremely cynical. While I’m not saying people are good simply because they are famous, most people are good and should be presumed so until proven otherwise. To assume that every famous person sucks on first impression sounds like you need to work through some unresolved hurt in your past.
