    Wait, New Orleans is what you referred to as the bad part of Louisiana? Never been but that’s the only part of Louisiana I’ve ever thought of going to

      No, I’m saying that the map labels Louisiana the crappiest state, but it isn’t because it has New Orleans. Otherwise, the OP’s map isn’t bad.
