    By the time the disease evolved enough to be able to target someone who is genetically modified to be immune to it, it would have likely changed enough to where the current vaccine didn’t work either.

        Oh, I thought you we’re referring to the normal child vaccines, the vaccines that are normally talked about when you’re referring to vaccinating kids.

          My kids get annual flu and covid shots too.

          But sure, built in immunity to polio and MMR and stuff would be neat. Just not comprehensive.
