A guy just got arrested in Houston US for allegedly being an ISIS member. I grew up in Reagan and 911 era are these people just saying this or are they actively buying bombs?

You don’t really need to buy bombs, they’re easy to make. The bomb used at that one Boston marathon was made of a pressure cooker
