I have faceless YT channel and l need TSS for voice-over since my voice and mic really sucks

Here is my requirements:

  • It should be male voice
  • It should have at least decent quality
  • Allows you use it commercially (software and training model)
  • CPU should be sufficent to run
  • It should be FOSS and run on local machine

    Having never heard your voice I can still guarantee you it sounds better than any text to speech generation. Buy yourself a decent mic and learn to get comfortable with your voice.
