    Dude I’m a millennial, why are you talking like a decrepit retiree? We aren’t that old. You shouldn’t be that sick unless you have some niche conditions that don’t really apply to most “aging millennials”.

      I had 0 issues, probably like you, but when things start to pop up you really change perspective. I got quite a rude awakening recently and data from Apple Watch was very useful both to me and medical professionals. We’re pushing 40 so it’s a statistical inevitability. You might want to rawdog your health but I have family to think about.

        Careful you don’t fall into an overdiagnosis cycle and start making health issues for yourself by constantly monitoring yourself and causing fear and panic over it.

          Yeah, that’s a nasty trap I fell into for a bit. I had a spine injury and was in such severe pain for a couple of weeks I barely slept and got anxiety attacks. I’m now focused on healing my initial condition and not those I invented while being delirious lol. Genuine thanks for being on a lookout for this, I was really surprised my mind could do it to me.
