In what could possibly be the worst way to start October for emulation enthusiasts, as of just a few minutes ago the Ryujinx repository appears to be down, with the usual "404" message being given when trying to enter any of their related GitHub pages. Not even the main Ryujinx developer account...
Nintendo is really after every switch related not official project these days. The migswitch, Yuzu, ryu, any video showcasing their sweet games with mods (botw multiplayer videos have been DMCA)
IMO DMCA complaints should require a revenue loss figure (not potential loss) attributed to every report. and if its found that the company filed a false complaint, they are forced to pay 10x the amount to the victim(s).
want to claim a small free software platform cost you 11 billion in lost revenue? hope you can prove it, otherwise you just handed Nintendo over to “Joey from Nebraska”.
