This happens every time. No I will not stop drinking it. I don’t have a problem, I can stop whenever I want. I just dont want to stop drinking it.

oh this is acc really interesting. try picking up some (pill form) lactaid / lactase and take it with the eggnog. you might be more lactose intolerant than they expect
if that doesn’t work, you might be having a reaction to something else in it. do you have this issue with eggs in general?
