Lavender is the single most overrated scent in existence. I’ll stand on that.
A “scent” meaning the chemical shit you get from stores? Or do you mean from smelling the actual live flower?
Fair point, fair point. I do mean the chemical shit. I’m not sure I’ve ever smelt live lavender.
It is the only scent that gives me a headache, and I think its overrated on top of that. Give me a minty, give me pine-y, give me fruity, literally any other scent profile.
Hmmm pine-y is great. I also love vanilla, though I hear some people think it’s too sweet.
I mean lavender can have calming and sedative effects, could maybe yield a way of making an escape.
Makes me think of the milk guy in the 2nd(?) season of Misfits
