The second munitions depot hit near Russian Toropets: satellite images
Radio Liberty’s Russian service published pictures from September 22, which show the consequences of the attack on the 23rd arsenal of the Russian GRAU. In the northern part of the arsenal, more than half of the ammunition storage facilities burned out, the southern part was almost undamaged.
Earlier, explosions were heard near this place at the 107th GRAU arsenal in Toropka.
