A new Avatar novel has been released, written by National Book Award finalist Randy Ribay.

The novel will be available in hardcover, digital, and audiobook formats.

It is the first novel featuring Avatar Roku and the fifth entry in the Chronicles of the Avatar series. From the synopsis:

Having been announced as the new Avatar, Roku struggles to grasp basic airbending principles—even after months of training under Sister Disha, his airbending master.
