Tear Along the Dotted Line: Created by Zerocalcare. This is simply the best animated serie made in Italy in the recent years.
It’s actually from the first episode of This World Can’t Tear Me Down, which is the successor to that series.
Excellently done lighting and shadows, even a screenshot shows it
I like it. Too many animations are just ‘clean’. It’s amazing what a few black lines can do to a scene. It looks so much more characterful.
This show was so good, though I feel like a lot was lost in translation.

So people from rome are thought of speaking badly? I get that he speaks fast and it’s hard to understand and whatnot, but how is it that the capital’s accent is thought of as the worst? What’s the more acceptable accent that you hear on the news based on?
EDIT : Or is it a specific accent within rome that he has, like Cockney?
No, it’s just that people from Rome have their own dialect. No biggie
right but why do people hate that he speaks with a Roman dialect? it’s even mentioned in the second season.
