Ever tried some Serrano ham?
Stuff from iberico pigs just seem to put it up a notch
Edit: maybe I’ve to add, that my colleague is really spoiled on that regard and we went through at least 5 different locations, until he got the iberico ham, he values as really good.
Was a fun night, as it customer was paying and we just went tapas bar hoping, until we found THE ham - although I’m not sure, if the ham really got better or we only got more drunk ;-)
Today I had oven roasted prochutto with dinner and I have to say, it tasted better than bacon.
As for the card, love it … what’s the inside say?
